Emotion Research Hub

Our research is focused on the emotional experience of individuals and groups, in order to develop the best tools to support people in the workplace. Our quantitative and qualitative research specifically aims to increase discernment and differentiation of emotional dynamics for individuals in groups. Our research supports us to continually test and improve our theories, and to refine and redefine our tools. By offering emotional wellbeing courses, we strive to enhance employees' emotional intelligence and resilience, fostering a healthier work environment.
